Paul AustinAs Commercial Director, Paul plays a key part in the respective financial controls as well as leading contract negotiations and risk management. Paul is also responsible for overseeing the procurement process and oversees the surveying functions for the business.

Our aim is to maintain relationships throughout our supply chain by encouraging collaborative working, improving service and reducing costs for all involved.
By maintaining good and open relationships with our supply chain we are better placed to avoid problems that arise such as a shortage of labour supply, poor quality workmanship and problematic delivery schedules.

All subcontractors and suppliers used by Cravencroft have demonstrated a suitable track record, have quality management procedures in place, and comply with current Health and Safety legislation. Many have been working with us for several years and are considered an integral part of our team.
