The build consisted of 12m deep piled foundations with ground beams, substructure brickwork and a 225mm beam and block floor system. The superstructure was constructed from conventional masonry work with a timber/steel flat roof structure, single ply warm roof system and concrete coping stones to the parapets. Heating and cooling is provided by a ceiling mounted cassette system - all wall and ceiling finishes received a plastered finish.

Carshalton Boys Sports College

Words from Phil Brittain, Estate Manager at Carshalton Boys Sports College

I would thoroughly recommend this company! We have appointed Cravencroft for three different projects in the past 4 years. Each project has been delivered on time and on budget. Any issues that come up are addressed and dealt with, with no fuss whatsoever.

They employ and subcontract high quality tradesmen and the final finish is always excellent. Anyone considering using the company is more that welcome to visit the school to view their workmanship and have a chat!
